
Mr. Gross focuses his practice on real estate, business planning, estate and trust administration and elder law. Having grown up in Naples with parents who are both Realtors®, Mr. Gross developed a passion for real estate that led him to participate in the Transactional Law Certification program at Emory University School of Law with a focus on residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Gross received special recognition while in law school for his work in the Transactional Law Certification program and was awarded the Attorney Title Guaranty Fund Award in 2014.
Utilizing his background in transactional law, Mr. Gross focuses a significant amount of his practice on helping clients with strategic business and estate planning. His passion for helping clients and the community has led Mr. Gross to specialize in elder law matters and transitional planning for elder or disabled clients. Mr. Gross is actively involved as a Board Member and Secretary of the Collier Senior Resources Board for the Golden Gate Senior Center and as a Board Member of the Physicians Regional Healthcare System Ethics Committee.
In his spare time, Mr. Gross enjoys competitive sailing on his trimaran sailboat and spending time with his beautiful wife, Candice, and three children.
